Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. If you are here, you may have been considering this seriously. We can determine if we are a good match and budget after a 15-minute consultation call. In our sessions, you’ll find a space free of judgment, an environment where you can feel truly safe to explore, feel, and express all those thoughts that you have had to push down. I aim to create a culturally responsive and trauma-informed presence where you can truly feel at ease and be seen. Here, you’ll gain insights that empower you to choose beliefs and behaviors that align with the life you want, not what others want for you. Healing is within reach, and growth is possible. Let’s work together to bring you closer to the self you’re meant to experience.

Not at this time. I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Some insurance companies may cover a portion of mental health services, so I encourage you to contact your provider directly to inquire about reimbursement options.
